“In April 2021, we launched ECOPact, a new range of low-carbon concrete. Soon after, we began looking for platforms that could raise our product and brand awareness among the specifier community.
Until this point, our business had been more focused on targeting projects during the construction phase rather than the specification phase.
We decided to shift our focus to architects and designers who work with suppliers during the early planning phases of projects to specify low-carbon and carbon-neutral solutions.
This was just one step we have made in our industry’s sustainable construction journey.
Several contacts had highly recommended The Arc Agency for targeting architects and designers. After our initial meetings, it was evident that The Arc Agency’s values aligned with ours.
Our first brand awareness campaign, ‘Source: Sustainable’, was a massive success, largely due to the excellent work carried out by The Arc Agency. We received numerous specifications for our sustainable concrete brands, ECOPact and ECOPact Zero.
The campaign introduced us to architects and designers who were as passionate about sustainability as we were. We were able to work closely with specification teams to educate them on how to specify low-carbon and/or carbon-neutral concrete solutions.
We only began working with The Arc Agency in 2021, and the results have led us to extend our relationship with them in 2022/2023.
