What services does The Arc Agency offer to architects and designers?

The Arc Agency offers three complimentary services: Product Updates (regular in-person updates tailored to your current projects), Lunch & Learn CPD presentations (learning sessions delivered at your office by expert suppliers), and Events (The-Arc exhibitions where you can meet suppliers, network with peers, and discover products in landmark venues).  

What types of events does The Arc Agency run for architects and designers?

We run a range of events to suit different needs and schedules — The-Arc Networking Exhibitions (large-scale evenings in landmark venues with a curated showcase of products), Formal CPD Days (back-to-back webinar presentations that meet National Standard of Competency guidelines), Showroom Tours (hands-on visits to supplier showrooms), and Product Launches (first-look events when new products hit the market). 

Is there a cost to attend The Arc Agency events?

No — all events are complimentary for architects and designers. There are no ticket fees, no registration costs, and no obligations. Simply join our community and you will receive invitations to upcoming events in your city. 

Do The-Arc Networking Exhibitions count toward my CPD requirements?

Our dedicated CPD Days are specifically structured to meet formal CPD requirements, with back-to-back presentations aligned to National Standard of Competency guidelines. The-Arc Networking Exhibitions are a great opportunity for industry learning and product discovery, though we recommend checking the details of each event listing to confirm CPD accreditation where applicable. 

What's the difference between a Showroom Tour and a Networking Exhibition?

The-Arc Networking Exhibitions are large-scale evening events held in landmark venues, where you can browse a curated showcase of suppliers, network with peers, and enjoy great food and drinks. Showroom Tours are more intimate and hands-on — you visit a supplier's showroom or facility directly, with on-site demonstrations and in-depth product education delivered by the people who know the product best. Both are complimentary and great for informing specification decisions. 

What is a CPD Lunch & Learn, and how does it work?

A CPD Lunch & Learn is a catered presentation session delivered directly at your practice or online. We coordinate everything — scheduling, catering (for face-to-face only) — so your team can focus on learning. You can also request breakfast or late afternoon sessions if that works better for your team.

How can I request a CPD Presentation for my firm?

Requesting a CPD Lunch & Learn for your practice is straightforward. Select your state below to view available CPD topics and submit a request — the The-Arc team will handle all the coordination from there, including scheduling and catering for face-to-face sessions.

Can online or virtual CPD sessions be arranged?

Yes. For firms based outside major metro areas — or simply for teams that prefer a virtual format — The Arc Agency can arrange online CPD Lunch & Learn sessions. This is particularly valuable for firms in regional locations who want regular access to product knowledge and CPD learning without the need to travel.

How do I find out about upcoming events and get on the invite list?

All upcoming events are listed in the A&D Events Calendar on our website, where you can register your interest for specific events.

What are The-Arc Events, and can any firm attend?

The-Arc Events are flagship industry exhibitions held in iconic venues across Australia. They're a great opportunity to discover products in person, build relationships with suppliers, and network with peers from across the architecture and design community. Any firm is welcome to attend — just check the A&D Events Calendar on our website to register for upcoming events in your city.

Suppliers and presenting brands attend in person, so you've likely already made a direct connection on the night or during the session.
